01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Iungo World mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IUNGO LLC.

02. User Conduct

To maintain a positive environment for athletes and creators, you agree NOT to:

• Post any content that is offensive, harmful, or promotes discrimination.
• Attempt to bypass security features or reverse engineer the application code.
• Harass other athletes or disrupt the sports culture community.
• Use automated scripts to scrape data from the application.

03. Intellectual Property

All content included in Iungo World, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IUNGO LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

04. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our app may offer premium features through subscriptions. Payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

05. Limitation of Liability

IUNGO LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application. The sports culture information provided is for entertainment and networking purposes only.
